Do you take HSA?

At this time we are unable to accept HSA as a form of payment. We do accept most credit and debit cards as well as cash.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Future appointments (beyond 24 hours in advance) can be canceled through the Vagaro app under the "My Appointments" tab in your account manager.
Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a same-day cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Do you offer Pregnancy Massage?

We do offer pregnancy massage. Vitality Pre-Natal sessions are performed Semi-Reclined and Side-Lying and are fully supported with pillows.

How do I buy a Gift Card?

At this time we only offer online e-gift cards which can be purchased through Vagaro

How do I book an appointment for someone else?

We highly recommend purchasing a gift-card through Vagaro and gifting it to them! This avoids confusion and allows them to fill out their intake forms before their visit.

I have additional questions, how do I get ahold of you?

We are typically in massage sessions through out the day and are unable to respond to voicemails until the end of the day. Feel free to request a call back by leaving us a voicemail.
